We conducted ten tests to ensure the quality of our trash can products
1. First, conduct an appearance inspection to check whether the appearance of the garbage bin is clean, whether there is large-scale damage or defect, and whether there is any foreign object damage;
2. Conduct a resistance test to check if the resistance of the trash can meets the regulations to ensure its safety;
3. Conduct a compression test to check if the structure of the trash can is strong enough to ensure its durability;
4. Conduct internal inspections to check whether the materials inside the trash can meet the requirements, in order to ensure the safety and durability of the trash can;
5. Conduct a bending test to check whether the bending strength of the garbage bin meets the regulations, to ensure that it does not deform during use;
6. Conduct a film sticking test to ensure that the surface film quality of the trash can meets the regulations and whether the adhesion is firm;
7. Conduct temperature tests to check the deformation of the garbage bin at different temperatures and ensure its stability;
8. Conduct a corrosion resistance test to check the deformation of the garbage bin in a certain corrosive environment and ensure its durability;
9. Conduct seismic testing to check the deformation of the garbage bin under a certain impact force, ensuring its durability;
10. Conduct an air pressure test to check the deformation of the garbage bin under a certain air pressure to ensure its durability
